This amazing form of exercise began in 1995 in India, by a family physician, Dr. Madan Kataria, and has swept the globe, improving lives on all continents through over 6000 Laughter Clubs! Dr. Kataria describes Laughter Yoga as a global movement for health, happiness and world peace.
